Welcome to the home of Jiulong Baguazhang in Toronto, Canada. Here you can come and learn this unique system of health and self-defense.

Jiulong Baguazhang translates as: Nine Dragon Eight Trigram Palm.

The system was created by professional bodyguards over 400 years ago in China and has been tested in real combat.

It is not a tournament fighting art, so there are no competitions to win or belts to earn.

While it is good to have an ancient lineage, the real question is: Will these methods work for you?  Only you can find the answer to this question and you are welcome to attend a free trial class in which to start looking.

These methods have been preserved by Dr. John P. Painter of Arlington, Texas. He is the current Shifu (head teacher) of the art. For more information about Dr. Painter, click here.
